The real estate web application allows users to explore property listings with features like advanced filtering, search, and pagination. It provides a clean and responsive UI where users can view detailed property information, including images, location, and pricing. The platform offers a seamless browsing experience tailored for both desktop and mobile users.
The project includes a secure dashboard for admins and property owners to manage listings, with role-based authentication to control access. Users can also contact property owners directly through the site. The application focuses on usability, performance, and scalability, making it suitable for real-world real estate businesses.
A major challenge in this project was implementing efficient and dynamic filtering with search and pagination across a large number of property listings. Ensuring fast performance while keeping the filters accurate and responsive required careful handling of database queries and state management.
To solve this, The backend queries are optimized using MongoDB’s filtering and indexing features, and managed state effectively on the frontend using debounced search and dynamic URL parameters. This ensured smooth, real-time filtering without performance drops.
