The hotel booking web application allows users to browse and reserve villas based on availability and selected dates. It features a responsive design, real-time date validation, and a smooth booking flow to enhance the user experience. Users can view detailed villa information, check availability, and make bookings with ease.
The platform includes a dashboard for both users and admins to manage bookings and villa listings. Role-based authentication ensures secure access, while the clean and intuitive UI makes navigation simple. The project demonstrates key booking functionalities along with strong backend integration and database management.
A key challenge in this project was implementing accurate date validation to prevent double bookings. Ensuring that users couldn’t select already-booked dates required careful backend logic and real-time updates.
To solve this, A system was built that checks existing bookings in the database before confirming a new one. The site also used dynamic date pickers that disable unavailable dates on the frontend, ensuring a smooth and error-free booking experience.
